All the staff is super friendly, especially the front desk, house keeping, and maintenance. The hotel is very clean. The air in the our room is super cold, the shower is hot, the pool is big.

I’m not sure why so many people are so negative about this place. The rooms are all newly renovated and clean for the price. Only reason someone would be unhappy is if they were white uptight and expecting some kind of resort stay. I’m always comfortable and the service has been kind and helpful. More than comfortable and children friendly.

Check in was great, front desk receptionist was absolutely awesome. I'm horrible with names but she definitely went above and beyond from check in to calling to make sure everything in the room was okay. This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last.
Wonderful price and wonderful clean rooms here in Kissimmee Florida is UNHEARD OF. AND THE LOVELY LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, ANGELA, IS A TRUE ANGEL!! sent from heaven! I love her and I love this hotel more than any other hotel in lousy Kissimmee. Love, Andree.
